1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Products and Services

The Northern Gold Club offers monthly subscription boxes containing raw gold from the Klondike region of Yukon, Canada. All gold is sold as-is and is raw, unprocessed placer gold.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The appearance of gold may vary from parcel to parcel.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on current gold spot prices.

On the 5th of each month, we lock in the current gold spot price, adjust for purity, and add our premium. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

You will be charged immediately upon signup, and then automatically on the 5th of each subsequent month.

4. Subscription Terms

Our subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your member account.

Orders placed before the 14th of the month will receive that month's shipment. Orders placed after the 14th will begin with the following month's shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are packed and shipped between the 14th and 18th of each month. We use Canada Post with tracking for all shipments.

Canadian shipping is a flat rate of $20. Dawson City subscribers receive free local delivery. International shipping rates vary by destination.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes imposed by your country for international orders.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our product and fluctuating gold prices, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Northern Gold Club and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Northern Gold Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
