Due to the nature of our product (raw gold) and fluctuating gold prices, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping for Returns
For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. All returned gold must be in its original packaging with the certificate of authenticity included.
